ClickSeal™ micro-tubes complement all current molecular biology applications. They eliminate problems associated with conventional micro-centrifuge tubes. ClickSeal tubes are precision molded from nucleated polypropylene for exceptional clarity and durability. Compatible with high speeds (over 16,000rpm) and "G"-forces (over 17,000xg). Also available are RNase-free, presiliconized SlickSeal™ lubricated micro-tubes for protein work, DNA pelletizing, or other techniques requiring a low adhesion surface. Tubes feature smooth writing surfaces. Cap provides a convenient 3mm target for rapid sampling. External graduation lines at 0.25ml increments reduce error. Tubes withstand temperatures from -180°C to +120°C and are designed for use in heating blocks and boiling or freezing applications. Available colors: green, red, blue, violet, and yellow.
