SmartReader 96 Microplate Absorbance Reader is ideal for reading ELISA, protein assays and measuring concentrations. Built-in integrated multi-speed plate shaker keeps samples evenly mixed prior to reading. Intuitive, 7 inch color, touch screen control panel is easy to use or connect a mouse for programming and operation. Features filter based system with wavelength range 340-750nm (405, 450, 492, 630nm included) and 8 channel vertical optical path, with zero dispersion. Up to two filters can be used for 2 measurements of the sample plate, for calculated comparisons. Menu interface allows user to choose wavelength filter, shaking parameters, enter details of plate layout, choose details for reading protocol and data calculations.
Operates as a stand alone system with USB port for data transfer to PC or printer. All software is incorporated into the electronics and convenient USB port allows quick and easy saving of data files. Files are saved as .csv format and easily shared or transferred to a computer for storage or further processing.
