BioClave 16 has a 16 liter capacity with three preset cycle options plus "Dry Only" for additional drying time. Bio- Clave 28 has a 28 liter capacity and offers the same features as the smaller autoclaves. Larger capacity unit accepts bottle and flasks up to 2 liters. All settings can be adjusted for variations in cycle parameters including adjustable sterilization/ holding time. Temperature can be selected at either 120°C or 134°C with a fixed sterilization time. FLASKS: up to 30 x 125ml, 8 x 250ml, 6 x 50ml, 3 x 1L or 2 x 2L; BOTTLES sizes accepted: up to 42 x 100ml, 11 x 250ml, 8 x 500ml, 6 x 1L, or 2 x 2L .
