Tubes are manufactured from optically clear polypropylene resin (USP class IV) that allows clear view of contents and will not interfere with your ability to detect DNA or PCR. Extra thick and durable wall withstands centrifugation to 20,000 x G for exceptional durability.
RNase/DNase free tubes are clear enough to be used in a spectrophotometer and have no extractables at wavelength required to detect DNA. Sustainably designed using less plastic, featuring ergonomic, pierceable caps with smooth surface and special 90° hinge that allows easier capping.
